BELOW ARE 2 SLIDESHOWS OF OUR RESTORATIONS IN PROGRESS
Our typical fabric restorations include the following:
- Complete tear down to bare structure and inspection of all components.
- Clean, sandblast, strip and prime and repaint all components as needed.
- Systematically reinstall all various aircraft systems, replacing components as needed or requested.
- Install upgrades and modifications.
- Install new electric wiring throughout aircraft.
- Install new flexible hoses throughout aircraft.
- Install FWF to customers specs.
- Recover aircraft using Stits Polyfiber system or requested covering materials.
- Layout and paint stripes and markings to customers specifications.
- All standard AN hardware replaced with new.
- Reassemble aircraft and rig aircraft to manufactures specifications.
- Weigh aircraft.
- Inspect completed aircraft for current annual inspection.
- Test flight, rigging checks and engine break in if requested by owners.
